The winter & I don't necessarily get along. In fact, we've never gotten along. I remember all throughout college, my boyfriend would constantly yell at me for not wearing a coat in brisk Connecticut temperatures. But as I've gotten older, I've learned to cope with dressing in colder conditions - by not listening to all the 'winter rules'. I still wear crop tops & light bomber jackets, except this season I've invested in long sleeve/turtleneck crop tops & opt for a bomber jacket worn underneath a warm coat. I still wear white after Labor Day & rock hot pink lips in temperatures below zero. I've moved my wardrobe from a colorful rainbow to black & white with a pop of camel - which also makes dressing for winter so much easier. You could say I've adapted to the cold & have come a long stubborn way to do so. What's your favorite season to dress for?
