I've been seriously loving neutrals lately. It's crazy to think about my style & how it's evolved over the years. In high school, I loved fashion but didn't have the income or time to invest in my closet, resulting in my legging & sweatshirt obsession. College brought on a new lifestyle, as my schedule changed giving me more free time to work. I was all about the latest trends & invested much of my income staying on top of them - if it had a print & screamed with color, it was mine. Now that I've graduated & work/live in the ever-so-fashionable New York City, it's become more important for me to build my wardrobe, investing in timeless pieces I'll have forever. Don't get me wrong, I still bargain shop, but I've learned to mix expensive with inexpensive pieces. What were some of your fashion phases? I'd love to hear all about them!
